From Asheville take I-26 towards Weaverville. Take exit 19A for US 25/ 70 towards Marshall and continue for 26 miles. Once in Hot Springs continue straight onto NC-209/ Lance Ave and continue for 7.2 miles. Turn right onto Meadows Fork Rd and continue 3 miles. Turn right onto Roaring Fork Rd (beginning of the subdivision) and continue for 1.1 miles. Take a left onto Cat Pen Branch and continue 1 mile. At the intersection of White Oak Way and Deer Rock Rd, take Deer Rock Rd. Parking is at the second hairpin turn on Deer Rock Rd. You need to park here and walk to the lot along the easement trail which will lead you to the graded home site.
