From Hot Springs take 209 S about 5 miles. Take left on Meadow Fork Rd. Continue 7.2 miles and take right on Roaring Fork Rd. Continue 3 miles then take left on Cat Pen Branch. Either continue on Cat Pen Branch until sign or take a right on Twin Springs Trl 0.5 miles along Cat Pen Branch. There will be orange surveyor tape marking the roughed in roadways off both Twins Springs Trail and Cat Pen Branch. If accessing the property via Twin Springs Trail there is not an area to pull off of the main road to park when viewing this lot. Twin Springs Trail is not a highly accessed road but please be mindful of neighbors and other cars if idling in your car. There should be a turn around spot about a few hundred feet past the property on Twin Spring Trail. If accessing via Cat Pen Branch there should be a turn around spot a few hundred feet ahead of the property.
