From Newland, take NC-194 South for 1.5 miles, then turn right onto Spanish Oak Rd and continue for 2 miles. Turn left onto Trim Branch Rd and drive 1 mile. At the intersection, continue straight onto Horney Rd for 0.6 miles. The driveway entrance is located between 604 Horney Rd and 712 Horney Rd. Take the gravel drive (to be named Snipe Hill Drive) down past the apple orchard and Christmas tree farm. Look for the Game Bird Lane road sign on the left. The property runs along the left-hand side of most of the gravel drive down to the creek.
