From the Mill Spring, take Highway 9 North towards Lake Lure, at McGuinn's Store turn right onto East McGuinn Road in .2 mile turn right onto Lynch Road to the end. At the end of Lynch Road follow the gravel road about 2/3 the way up the hill then veer to the left (look for green utility box-drive towards it) and go on an old roadbed (access road) along the trees (do not go all the way up the gravel driveway to the doublewide home) towards the under ground utility box.
