The Next Steps
1. Now that you have found the home of your dreams and the lender has preapproved you for a loan, it is time to present an offer.
2. Your agent should be able to sit down with you and discuss comps of homes that have sold to justify the price you are submitting.
3. At this point, you should have disclosurers from the seller of the property to verify if there are any problems or the condition of the home.
