Once paperwork is completed, photos will be made of your home. Photos of each room and outside photos will be taken. These photos along with all of the info of your home will be entered into the Multible Listing Service (MLS), which will allow ALL of the other realtors within our area to have access to all available homes. Our MLS system covers a wide area, which means that realtors and buyers in other areas have access to your home.

Appearing On The Web

Your home will not only appear on our website, but will be on lots of other websites, including Realtor.com, one of the largest websites for real estate listings. We are seeing that the majority of our buyers (probably 80-85%) have already viewed your home online prior to calling us for more information.
