HOA dues are $455 per year (for the 5/1/25 – 4/30/26 term). You are buying the land just to get the key to the gate and the lake.

As a lot owner, you are eligible for the community’s wet boat slips and dry storage area for boats and trailers. Please note that there is currently a waitlist for both storage options.
